1. How can my company benefit from Apex's Mail pickup and delivery?
Our mail services may not be required by everyone. However, depending on where you are on your current mail providers route, you may not be receiving your mail until the afternoon. Our customers find it beneficial to have Apex deliver their mail early in the morning. This allows more time for processing of bank deposits and administration.
Another benefit of our mail service is that the Apex driver will pickup and deliver large mailings. Most companies with large mailings have an employee complete the drop off and deliveries. This is not always convenient or practical.
2. Is Apex Couriers Inc. fully insured and bonded?
Yes. Apex is fully insured and bonded. We will provide proof upon request.
3. Can the drivers be contacted throughout the day?
We are in constant contact with all of our drivers in order to ensure that all deliveries are completed as smoothly as possible. All drivers are equipped with communication devices.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
There are a few options for payment. An account can be set up upon completion of a credit application. We will accept cash upon pickup or delivery of the package. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
5. What area does Apex Couriers service?
Apex provides courier services throughout the Golden Horseshoe. Our mailing and banking services are offered in the Halton / Hamilton regions. Please contact us for service availability in your area.
